![]() My preference is T8 LEDs in older Fluorescent Shoplight fixtures, Screw-in LED bulbs (3000K - 5000K) in String Light Fixtures or Screw-in LEDs in any Pendant or Clamp Light Fixtures. ![]() A 315 Watt CMH (Ceramic Metal Halide) Grow Light can produce over 450 PPF output which would be adequate for late vegetative growth for a 4' x 4' area. The same area can also be covered by a single Highbay LED light fixture that will provide over 400 PPFD (330 PPF 22,000 Lm) for Early - Late vegetative growth. But this fixture is able to emit light that is rated to be 20,000 lumens strong which is amazing because it means that the plants under this lamp will receive. If the same pickup truck was to once again be loaded with the four-100-pound boulders, the truck's GAW would be increased by the exact weight of the boulders - 400 pounds. No other Double Ended HPS lamp on the market has. ![]() I still check in regularly to see what's going on, but tbh I'm kind of reluctant to switch to a poe mage while I wait to find out if my current build is going to be made viable again or not, so I haven't had as much fun playing as of late. The 4ft integrated LED Shoplights with 4000K - 5000K and at least 100 Lm/W (4000 Lm / 40 W each) or T8 LEDs can provide adequate light for Propagation / Early vegetative growth (100 - 200 PPFD), with three (3) integrated fixtures or six (6) T8 LEDs (~ 180 PPF 12,000 Lm) covering the 2' x 4' area. If someone were to unload all of the boulders, the truck's GAW would be reduced by the weight of the boulders (400 pounds) however, the GAWR would remain the same. After 10,000 burning hours our lamps are still at a whopping 97 output rating saving you money on re-lamping. quote: Yeah, it's rather sad that a lot of hybrid builds (beast mage in my case) are dead while we wait for the update. a 2' x 4' area for Propagation / Early Vegetative Growth requires 100 - 200 PPFD intensity or a light fixture that can produce at least 150 PPF, Late Vegetative growth requires 400 PPFD and at least 300 PPF fixture. The primary consideration in choosing any grow light should be that it can provide the necessary Light Intensity / Density for you grow area e.g.
